So it's only inappropriate to talk about physical appearance if the people in question are Democratic politicians? If they are Democratic voters, movie stars, or anyone else, then they are fair game?. I'm trying to figure out why you would be so indignant at the OP, given your previous threads. I agree that which politicians one finds attractive are irrelevant, but I don't see how your or anyone else's views of Jennifer Lopez's or any other actress's physical appearance are any less superficial than this thread.

There was a time when being a GOOD actress was the goal, just as being a good politician is the goal. It's just that society has made women sexual commodities in one of those professions. ie: no one has to talk about Jennifer Lopez as an actor nowadays- everyone feels justified talking of her as simply a body/face/ass.

Ralph Reed maybe "physically attractive" but is repellent and repulsive with his politics. Some may think Lautenberg looks like an old prune, but his views and his stances make him attractive.

but he is the best Mayor EVER! Politics aside, he's in an Irish rock band that is great! He has a beautiful family. He's highly involved with the residents. I had a serious issue I emailed him about and he responded within 5 hours, and had city people out the next day! For a very busy man in charge of a city of 1,000,000+.
