My previously unposted kitty picture: my squeaky girl
This is Guinevere, my only daughter, whom we had to have put to sleep in March 2000. She had urinary problems which were beyond the expertise of the vet, and we tried like heck to make her better. I didn't have any pictures of her in my apartment, or so I thought; I was going through my "box o'memories" as I'm packing and found this one. She was a loving little girl, and we miss her very much.

3. Thank you
She was a little love. Kind of skittish; she really only loved my husband and me as far as people went. She loved my other kitties, too. She used to roll all over my husband's shoes when he took them off. She loved the smell of bleach, too; when I had a freshly clean load of laundry she'd leap onto the basket of clothes and roll around contentedly. Silly girl!

9. Tortoise shell kitties are generally one-person cats.
And my torty loved the smell of bleach too, but rolled in fresh laundry regardless of whether bleach was used. She went bonkers for Icy Hot and would ambush me when I had it on my knee.

Sweet kitty you had there. They are such loves. But, damn, they leave a big hole in our hearts. My princess moon eyes lived to almost 21. She stayed with me until she knew I had someone else to look after me (Havocdad) then she passed. She showed me a view of redemption and taught me that the love does not die when the vessel wears out.

4. What a fine looking cat.
She had a good life, with lots of love.

I am so glad you could find a picture of her.

7. You know that's a cat, right?
That's not your daughter... unless you're a cat, In which case I'm pretty impressed by your mastery of English.
