Next Freeper who refers to "Massachusetts leftists"
Next freeper who flings bile at the "leftists in Massachusetts", is not going to get any "compassionate liberalism" from me.

2. Until a few years ago Jacoby and Severin to the right but not NUTS
now there is no point reading Jacoby or having the radio tuned to Severin.

3. How could I forget Howie Carr?
I'll never forget him, when that poor kid in Michigan brought a gun into his first grade and killed a classmate, volunteering to 'pull the switch', because even if the boy really didn't understand what he was doing, he was only going to go bad and kill someone else eventually.

The death penalty for six-year-olds.

Way to go, Howie.

10. I have no patience for Howie Carr but I did tune in the
day that Rush admitted to his drug addiction. Howie trashed Rush. I have to say, one of his callers warned Howie that he was alienating his listeners and Howie hesitated but did not back down.

That's about the only positive thing I can say about him.

7. Severin's a Libertarian
.... and a blowhard

He and his "dumb and dumbest" listeners couldn't find a point of Constitutional law if their lives depended on it.

4. The Massachusetts Rabid Right are Opportunists
Look at Mike Barnicle-he went from Democrat to a big Clinton-basher.

These assholes have jumped on the neo-con bandwagon to make money. Talk radio in Boston is disgusting as it is everywhere else. it does NOT reflect the constituency.

6. Barnicle is a plagiarist and a liar
Natural progression led him to his talk radio schtick, or whatever he's doing to water-carry for the GOP.

11. When I was younger, Barnicle was a Dem
in the working-class Boston tradition.

He is a lying sack of shit. Now he lives in Lincoln with all the other hoity-toidy righties.

He always gave the impression he was a Boston boy and he wasn't.

(Not that they've ever stopped.) Did something in particular provoke your comment, or is it just a cumulative thing?

16. Well, when people outside of Mass. hear.......
Edited on Fri Oct-24-03 02:08 PM by Loonman
Well, when people outside of Mass. hear "Massachusetts", they immediately think of two things:

a)The Kennedys
b)liberals

Cripes, I was in Goddamn Australia once, someone asked me where I was from, so I said "Boston". Guess what they said next? "Oh the Kennedys, aye?"

Also, all I hear about from out of state media is the "liberals" and the "Kennedys".

Not that I mind being called a liberal, but not with communistic connotations.

Even when the NE Patriots won the Superbowl, the fat pill-popping drug-addict called the Pats "socialists" because they took the field as a team instead of individuals.

Makes me mad!!!!!:argh:
