I am reading a menu from the diner just a few blocks from me, and for breakfast they have something that they say has "a generous serving of hash is featured in this skillet".

if I am hungry will be a sunnyside up egg and some potatoes. I buy the diced potatoes in a can and fry them, than put an egg on top.
