NY Post has Jennifer Wilbanks story. Why did she run?

Apparently she wasn't getting any. The Post reports that Wilbanks had previously enjoyed a "very active social life" with "lots of boyfriends", including men from a local gym and even (gasp) firemen. Her intended, however, had become a born-again virgin after joining a Baptist church.

1. Is THIS the best she can do?

..."She told people the fact that she and (husband-to-be John Mason) were not having sex was upsetting," a friend of Wilbanks' told People magazine...(F)riends say that likely drove the marathon enthusiast to run — from the altar.
Huh? A wedding would have SOLVED that problem within a couple of days. But suppose the finance told her that his religion dictated that they have sex for procreation only, or something like that? Her running would then make sense, but even then, she could have just said no.

...Wilbanks, whom authorities said planned her getaway in advance by buying a bus ticket and cutting her hair, added: "In my mind, it was never about the timing, however unfortunate. I was simply running from myself and from certain fears controlling my life."
So there WAS premediation, which means she CAN be charged. In "her" mind--how convenient for her. In MY mind, she got cold feet. Most importatnt her rape/kidnapping story could have gotten a "suspect" killed. And what would she have done if asked to identify somebody?

Sorry, dude, but no matter HOW long you are going without sex, once you've had it, you're no longer a virgin. End of story.

Also, reading the story, she claimed she was raped during her 'kidnapping'. I swear that she probably hooked up with an old boyfriend in Vegas for one last fling.
