17. You got that right....
His cronies have looted the treasury, and every program he's put forth has been an utter failure in every way.

16. Not so sure of that...
Buchanan didn't have organized corruption like Halliburton...nor did Buchanan charge into war based on lies.

18. What makes you say so?
I'm not as up on history as I used to be... and, I'm getting a bit forgetful in my old age.

7. Personally, I Think Bush is Much Worse
than either Nixon or Reagan. It's difficult to think of anything originating with Bush that isn't both dishonest and destructive.

5. I really do think so,
Although I've only lived throuh a few. I asked my grandfather what he thought(he's 81) he said he can never remember so much dishonesty in the gov. as there is now. He said Nixon wasn't even close to being as crooked. He is also about the most unbiased person I've ever met.

my analogy for George W. Bush is: this is what you would have if Aaron Burr had come to power.

8. By far the worst
Hard to be much worse than the criminals, losers, wimps and frauds the repukes have perpetrated on gullible murkans. Nixon--petty criminal. Reagan--senile fraud. George the First--criminal wimp. The little bushturd is a criminal, a liar, an incompetent, a coward . . . one of the worst people on earth and the worst PResident ever, by far.

14. Didn't Nixon have higher approval ratings
the day he resigned ? I think I just read something like that recently, I could be wrong.

If so, very telling indeed for Bush.

15. Yes, horrible.
He has turned the country into his own private corporation, where only he and his cronies benefit. Even if you examine it from that perspective, where Bush is the head of a corporation, America Inc. is totally bankrupt, morally, culturally, ethically, and literally.

20. Certainly modern times
I think even reading history of eras before, it would be hard to judge unless we were there.

I thought his father's main problem was being totally out of touch with most Americans. I think he was a low end mediocre. He waged a good war in the Gulf, and got out when he needed to. He had the foresight to see Iraq for the quagmire that it now is. His son should have followed his lead, at least there. The economy sucked under him, though.

Jimmy Carter did many good things, and is a great human being, I think he took on too many tasks and it made his presidency mediocre as well.

GWB, I can't find a redeeming quality about him.

And I would say that even if he was someone I could relate to, like a Catholic Democrat from a Northern state. His policies are absurd and he is just a short -sighted moran

24. BAR NONE.
If you:

* can't run on anything except Rove-created character attributes
* have no previous notable accomplishments in your past life
* needed a Supreme Court, partisan voting machine companies, two heavily partisan SOS's as campaign heads and a bigoted amendment as incentive for your equally bigoted base to illegaly steal elections
* are linked to so many elements of crime it would make the Gambino family grimace
* need major media distraction to cover your multiple fuck-ups
* have to preach your unoriginal message to hand-picked audiences and a WHPC that lobs softballs or are just plain plants
* At worst LIHOP the worst terrorist attack this nation's seen in history and took political advantage as a result
* Let the American Taliban govern as they see fit
* cannot be pegged down on ANY issue at all; rather, give cornpone "aw shucks" responses as a substitute for real answers
* get slaughtered in all three re-election debates
* haven't done so much as even ONE CORRECT THING in your entire term

chances are you suck the chrome off a trailer hitch more than any other president has in history.
