Who's THE most famous person you've never met??
I'd say that was probably Abe Lincoln.

1. Winston Churchill.
JFK, FDR, TR, Lincoln, Washington, Jefferson, RFK, Louis XIV, Henry VIII, Queen Victoria, Charles de Gaulle, Eleanor Roosevelt, Stalin (although I hear he was a bit of a nasty fellow), Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Jesus, Oscar Wilde, Charles Dickens, William Shakespeare, Cervantes, James Joyce, Tolstoy, Richelieu, Sun Yat-sen, Harry Truman, Dave Matthews, and Julius Caesar.

I think I'm pretty safe in saying I've never met any of those people.

42. I can safely say
That Winston Churchill wrote to my fiance's grandfather (it's a great letter btw). And was a nice fellow.

Sounds like he was a nice feller.

15. Woody Allen on our current state of affairs:
"More than any other time in history, mankind faces a crossroads. One path leads to despair and utter hopelessness. The other, to total extinction. Let us pray we have the wisdom to choose correctly."

22. most famous person
Allen Ginsberg. Twice at Hobart College circa 1968 and Cornell University circa 1971. I had my picture taken with him at Hobart. he read 'Wales Visitation' at that time it had not been published.

I believe he also read 'Wichita Vortex Sutra' his famous anti-war poem.

Lucille Ball!

She sure influenced comedy, but I'm sure she'd roll over in her grave on the sitcoms today.

hmm... morbid question... can cremated people roll over in their graves?

(sorry)
