Here are several. You are about as useful as a rutabaga in a sandstorm. When in doubt, reach for the rutabagas. That boy has about as much sense as a rutabaga on steroids.

17. Actually, you're right....it was rhubarb...Remember, I'm southern and we
don't eat a lot of either rutabagas or rhubarb. What I ate (only once, 35 years ago at Thanksgiving) was rhubarb pie and I thought it was nasty then. But I was addicted to pecan or sweet potato pie and rhubarb with its tart taste did nothing for me. As an adult, I'd probably like it.

That rutabagas for me. The roto-rutabaga man is here. Does the rutabaga lose its flavor on the bedpost overnight. I go to Ruta Bagas to see the shows.
