I've got new neighbors

Across the street, they are super friendly. Next door, my neighbors from hell moved, and the new neighbors are super friendly. I am so happy!

3. New neighbors

This makes a difference. Most of my neighbors are not that friendly-- they never come outside. They have a landscaping service do their yard, there is no need to walk out the door. This is so sad. I have a friend who lives two blocks from me, they have block parties and watch out for everyone, not here. Just pay the association fee, that's it!

I'm sure the President of our association is a puke, when I spoke to him last I mentioned something that was anti shrub.... silence at the other end.

My neighbors don't care about those living in the houses, they are just concerned if you pay your association bill. Otherwise, forget you!

If I didn't need repairs on this house I would say screw it!
