6. Generally speaking, luck has nothing to do with it.

Although, two of my friends and I formed a loose study group for our consumer law course. We dredged up some practice questions from a few old sources, and analyzed them in depth. Guess what happened?

One of the questions was on the exam.

Heh heh. I got an A in the course and my buddy got an A-.

I've never let him live that down. ;)

My prof already gave us a question from an old exam and made sure to tell us it would NOT be on the exam. It mirrored the Schiavo case exactly, OF COURSE. We'll probably get some stupid policy questions - I HATE those.
