Anyone like the band Calexico??
I guess they fall in the "alt-country" genre but they really don't. They are just as good as the Bay City Rollers......

Local boys. One of their grandmother runs THE coolest bookstore out of her ranch house - the Singing Wind.

The mariachi band they work with is great too. and the bay city rollers aren't even in the same class - you must be joking
