I have considered the "writing the paper drunk" option...it has been done before and with rather positive results. But I think mixing alcohol and studying for a final might not be in my best interest. :)

27. I have a happy hour I must attend, here's the scoop:

everyone but my direct boss showed up for the Christmas party, where I brought my BF and we won the Best Dressed Cowboy and . . Cowboy competition - at a solid RED company. They didn't know I was going to do that, so I think there was definitely some shock factor going on.

My gossip hag of a straight man boss knows that he can't talk about this without sounding like a gossip himself, so it's KILLING him that I outed myself and he can't cut up about it. So tonight, Mr. Sui is showing up for happy hour and I'm going to make a point of not acting like I know my own SO so that Mr. Boss, who won't know or get what's going on, will at some later date be mortified to learn that he didn't know that he'd already met my SO.
