Any track stars out there?

My 13 year old daughter runs the 100 meter sprint on her school track team. I think she has good talent (her best speed is 13.6), but there is no coaching whatsoever that can help her develop her technique.

She consistently is leading the race in the first 50 meters, and then fades at the end, and is getting very frustrated with this. She says she does not feel fatique, but I think she is tightening up her stride and pressing too hard once she gets behind, and not maximizing her stride length down the stretch.

I would like to work with her in the off season, and would really appreciate any insight into what sort of training she should do to increase her speed performance.
