Reminder: PLEASE take good care of your health.
With Khephra, nostamj, and playahata1 all dying in the past few months, I want to remind everyone not to take their health for granted.

It's easy to forget how healthy you are, and how quickly that good health can turn bad.

So, please take care of yourself. Eat right. Exercise. Know about your family's health history and other risk factors. Besides, even if you don't die prematurely, you don't want to pay such ridiculously high medical bills, do you?
