Great Article on Trouble for Bush in Germany:

Police in Germany are hunting pranksters who have been sticking miniature flag portraits of US President George W. Bush into piles of dog poop in public parks. Josef Oettl, parks administrator for Bayreuth, said: "This has been going on for about a year now, and there must be 2,000 to 3,000 piles of excrement that have been claimed during that time."
The series of incidents was originally thought to be some sort of protest against the US-led invasion of Iraq. And then when it continued it was thought to be a protest against President George W.
Bush's campaign for re-election. But it is still going on and the police say they are completely baffled as to who is to blame.

"We have sent out extra patrols to try to catch whoever is doing this in the act"; said police spokesman Reiner Kuechler. "But frankly, we don't know what we would do if we caught them red (?)-handed."

Legal experts say there is no law against using feces as a flag stand and the federal constitution is
vague on the issue.

because I immediately pictured Germany's top legal experts researching this issue ....
"Hey Gunther, would that be under flag or feces?" :D

10. In the USA, we would have a constitutional amendment
against using dog poop as a flag stand.

4. I want pictures!
You know, I think a good idea here would be to paint dog poopie, and put a flag in it saying "this turd painted courtesy GWB. Now, on to Social Security, gay marriage, and stem cell research."

6. Sorry, the pic in the article didn't come through,
and I'm very unexpert at such things: posting a pic. It's a problem even under the best of circumstances...which don't exist right now. It's late, I'm tired and etc...

Sorry!

There was a webpage discussed on DU a while back, that sold those little gems. It also had an image to download, so that you could roll your own. I can't find that website any more, but I do have that Bush image stored away somewhere.

20. they can't figure out why its still going on?
Because EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD (except an ignorant minority --yes I said minority--of Murkins) HATES KING SHIT!

They probably secretly agree with the flag-setter, but have to sound officially law-abiding and respectful. Bwaahaaahaaaaa
