4. It depends
I ate dinner at 4pm and had some chips and cookies around 8:30, so a pretty empty stomach and had 3, was feeling good, but still felt good enough to drive (no swerving allowed).

But on a full stomach, I can hold them back pretty well....at least 6 mixed drinks.
