-- including 16 heretofore unheardof -- of pre-bishop Christianity, Siddartha's lost neckchain, the diary of Franklin Pierce, twelve wiccan spells in Gaelic, the account of Icarus' survival and rescue by a child in an island village, three of Bella Abzug's better hats, nine tubes of Ipana toothpaste, the arrow they pulled out of Magellan's heart, two Big Boys and an order of onion rings, two untranslated sonnets of Michelangelo, directions to the Fountain of Youth (in Spanish), a tooth from the jaw of St. Jerome, Pele's lucky purple jockstrap, a white Ford Falcon, and the oak walking stick used by King Wensceslas.

But don't tell a soul.

16. Memory Foam

It's the only way to go. I have a bad back, so first I got the foam topper for the bed. I've never slept so well. Then it was the pillow for the knees, even better. And finally the pillow for my head. I take my head and the knee pillow with me out of town, I can't sleep without them.

Once you sleep with the memory foam, you'll never go with anything else.

And down pillows, my head sinks right to the mattress, I can't stand them.
