It's certainly not as good as ATHF.

May I remind you that ATHF was removed from the nightly lineup about 9 months ago, as they were preparing for a new season. This isn't the first time it has happened, and probably won't be the last.

The previous incident lasted about half a year, having Sealab 2021 replacing ATHF.

20. Boy, I don't know about Adult Swim.

They seem to change things every couple of months just for the hell of it. I guess they want to keep it fresh, but yeesh. TV viewers are creatures of habit. Plus, they've canceled Brak and Sealab, and for what? Tom Goes to the Mayor is like a painful stab in the gut. In fact, the only somewhat decent new show they've put out lately is Robot Chicken, and it's not really made for repeat viewing. I'm a fan of Harvey Birdman, but it works best once a week. Aqua Teen is their cash cow, and it should be on every night as far as I'm concerned.

I also agree that there's way too much anime. That should be reserved for a seperate programming block.

in the beginning A.S. was a 1 1/2 hour line up of shows 1and a half hours of anime 1 hour of american, YuYu Hakusho, The candidate for Goddess and Gundam for the anime, sealab/brak athf and 30 min of SGC2C sunday at an hour to where it would be irresponsible to allow a child watch TV, later they broke it to thursday would be anime/action and they picked up a second gundam series (thier all quite good) and Outlaw star and on sunday woulod be comedy, adult swim just got popular and CN allocated it more timeslots, i WISH they would go back to the original format, i liked it that way, i liked the bumps they had, too, but replace candidate for goddess (crap anime) with a rotation of FLCL ALL gundam series' Full metal, Big O can go, Picked up Catgirl Nuku, and they have allready said they can't do any of rumiko takahashi's seriess, but Ranma 1/2 or Urusei yatsura would be good

Giving it a break every now and then isn't such a bad thing. Stephen Colbert does v/o for Birdman, and I can use more Colbert in my evenings.

Now, if they want to burn every ep of "Big bOre" into a stinking pile of ash, that'd be okay. "Cowboy Bebop" was not the best piece of animation ever done - no need to keep that running every fucking weekend as some sort of digital shrine (yes, I know there's a new one coming out, yawn). "Tom Goes To The Mayor" tries awfully hard, but watching it more than once without pay is not something I'm willing to do.

Now if they'd just get the last batch of inu Yasha eps translated...
