Need a template for a real estate flyer to go in one of those...
front yard boxes.

I did a Google search for them, there's lots of companies that will print them for you but I can do that myself. Surely someone out there has already done a template either in Word, Excel, Word Perfect, PageMaker, or something similar, right?

Any help would be appreciated, I'm helping a family member sell his mother's house since she went into a nursing home.

Thanks!

1. Microsoft Publisher? I just discovered it on my work computer! It came
pre-loaded. Not sure if that answers your question. Also, MS Works has templates for such things.
Sorry all Microsoft but that's all I've worked with.

2. I work for a realtor association, but I can't find one.
We get all of those printed offsite. Sorry.

3. You might try craigslist.org for your closest city.
I tried craigslist last year when I was selling a piece of property 300 miles from Seattle and more from Portland, Oregon, and got LOTS of responses. It works a lot like eBay but it's FREE! I probably had 1 couple a week come look at the property, which was very far away from anything. I ended up selling it to my neighbor, but the response was outstanding digitally, and I almost made the sale that way.
If it works out here in the sticks, it'll work ANYWHERE!
Good luck!

Bruce

4. We did our own (and it sold in a week).
On the front page we put a picture of the front of the house with the address and price. Underneath that we put several bullets about it, the year it was built, square footage and things like new air conditioning, water heater, etc. and our phone number. On the second page we printed pictures of the inside of the house. I tried to answer all pertinent questions and give a basic lay of the land look at the inside to help cut down on all the nuisance information seeking calls. Must have worked!
