Friends were fighting, and I tossed this gem into the fracas. Both of them did a gut check and settled down. Whew!

on my ex. He yelled at me and accused me of not being a good girlfriend when my grandmother died and I didn't see him for a week. Then cried and said I was unfeeling and unfair when I broke up with him.

Didn't work out too well. I find most of the people who need it said to them are already too blind to their hypocrisy to be snapped back to reality by that line.
