I was in some bands as a kid that used to play the CYO dances held on Roman Catholic church property in Milwaukee circa 1965-66.

Anyone remember CYO dances?

11. Yeah. Actually, I remember dances at all the churches.

Back in the late sixties/early seventies, we used to go to the dances at all the churches in town, Catholic ones and all the Protestant churches as well. Back then, the rock music was pretty good. Local bands would play the dances.
