Let it go. Accept who the boss is at work and know who the boss is away from work. Don't kick his ass. As the Eagles wrote in their classic "Get Over it" - Kick the jobs ass. Your life and health are far more important than a boss who you think is wrong or stupid or arrogant or any number of things you have no control over. As Don Dyer says you are exercising one of your erroneous zones, being angry at something you have no control over. Let it go. Surrender. To Victory. You win.
