Can I stop someone from nogging? (seasonal beverage question)
The view out of my cube is about to turn to a mountain of eggnog and holiday cheer. They're drinking eggnog out of season, and it's over 8 months til the holidays! :grr: There's no doubt about it, some people won't share a workspace that looks out on an offseason seasonal beverage drinker. This could directly affect any work done in my cube. I need to know if there is anything I can do to either postpone or stop their nogging.

I already talked to the man with the mug, and he seems totally oblivious to what he has done. (It's the same mentality that voted for Bush.) He has already nogged much of this area. But now he is directly affecting my view and my potential work environment.

I'm asking if there is some way that people can legally take a stand. Do I have to sit here and let these clowns destroy my cube farm?

That's so desperately wrong! It's sick, perverse and weird! These people have to be stopped...by any means possible.

6. The simplest solution to my mind
Is to dump a bottle of gin, one of tonic, a lime and a bag of ice on said person's desk with a short note explaining how to mix a G.&T.

Gin can be drunk throughout the year, and is therefore safe.
