Health insurance going up here at work again...damn

I just received word that they are raising our rates $40 per month. The amount I am paying per month for myself nearly doubled. Not only that, the plan they went to is far worse than what I had.
The thing is, I haven't used my health insurance for close to 11 years. I know that the day I stopped it, I would end up getting knocked in the head with a crane or something.
I'm so glad this administration is making life much easier on us all.
