Any Earthlink DSL customers having problems?

I can't get to half the web, it seems. I CAN get here, though, so I thought I'd ask if anybody else is having problems. I can't even get to the Earthlink support page.

4. I just signed up for Earthlink DSL

and I can't get the modem to connect-no way, no how. Maybe the whole system is f*cked up?
