I don't have photoshop. But there's something I want to do.

There's a picture that is so scary but I need to get the faces ONLY. Not the rest of it because I'm not sure it's totally appropriate for DU. There's no nudity, but there are a couple of butt cheeks.

How do I go about this? Can I post a pic in a PM to someone or do PMs not support pictures here?

14. Also, if you don't want to pay big bucks The GIMP is available for Windows

(yes, I know there are other great(or at least decent) image manipulation programs available for free, but not being a Windows user, I'm not familiar with them)
