2. The funny thing is he HATES belly rubs.
He gets pissed when you touch his belly.

Go figure.

31. That's a trap.
Come on... you know you can't resist petting my belly. It's SOOOOOO cute.....

And when you do, I'm getting revenge for every time you've locked me out of the bedroom, bathed me, taken me to the vet and for that big betrayal..... when you broke me!

Come on.... you know you want to... just like I wanna shred your hands....

3. You kitty isn't lazy.
He/she is resting from a very hard day. That's what I ask mine when they are all lounging around. "Have you had a very hard day today?

That's a cutie, by the way. My boy loves lying on his back too.

10. He really is lazy :)
He gets offended when the other cat wants to play. He'd rather just lounge :) Unless there's food within 100 foot radius, then he'd rather be eating :).

4. But that's their JOB
at least 70% of the time (Oberon hogs my office chair too, lol!)

Better than having a HYPER cat! Puck has been like this since day one:

Even now, she's begging for playtime RIGHT AFTER one of her walks!

12. I love me a puffy tail
Ali has a puffy tail, it's so much better than a short haired tail. I think she flaunts it to the other cats on purpose.

26. Funny how they do that
my poor Miro has a wimpy tail that the other two think is a toy, lol!

Obie is King of the Puffytails:

But only Puck is truly proud of hers:

20. Every day-and she LOVES it!
Every evening she runs to the front door and says "urrr...urrr...URR!!" Which means "walk me, dammit"! She purrs like mad when she sees her harness in my hands. We walk to the end of our street and back, then make the rounds through our front and back yards (she loves to chase lizards and bugs). Other than that, she's strictly an indoor cat. My neighbors always look at me like I'm nuts when I've got her on the leash, but she "heels" better than most dogs, so I don't see a problem!

I'm not sure what he meant by that :).

6. What a cutie!!
I keep my desk chair pushed it, otherwise they'll sleep in it constantly, and get upset when I want to sit there.

Cat's have a rough life of eating, sleeping, pooping, sleeping, and randomly running around the house, who wouldn't be sleepy after the day they have.

14. He actually takes care of his own hair very well.
His zealous fur maintenance and high quality pet food keep him from shedding too much, so no hairballs and I've only seen 2 small hair clumps the whole time I've had him, and he took care of them both himself :).

He's a pretty good self groomer.

13. You must go see the Moggy Sleeping Olympics.

Some of them are hilarious.

(Also called Silly Sleeping Pose Olympics.)

That link doesn't seem to be working, so here's a direct link to the "Solos" page. They also have a page for "Doubles".

19. I'd kill for a lazy cat
The one I got is an evil, well not really EVIL, genius. From the time I get home, he sits on the couch next to me and taps me on the shoulder, demanding attention, food, food, maybe some food, attention, more attention, to go out, to go back out, food, repeat as necessary. My former cat spent all her time planning jailbreaks, and finally got stolen. I want to go back to the good old days when cats basically slept a lot and showed up once in a while for some food or a pat.

get a Siberian Forest cat (they look like Maine Coons). Just Google "Siberian forest cats" and "hypoallergenic", and all will be explained. :hi:

30. Ali likes to sleep by the laptop
It must be the heat coming off it. I moved the laptop a little to take the picture, but usually she's right up next to it.
