What song woke you up today?
For me, it was that "Good morning Starshine, the earth says hellloooo"

Made me wanna throw the radio through the wall.

4. Travel alarm clock.
I always use one, even at home. I don't want a power failure to screw up my morning. The "beep beep beep" is the sacrifice I make. At least I'm conditioned to the sound.

5. I don't wake up to music
If I set the alarm to play music, I usually end up incorporating the song into a dream I'm having, and I don't wake up.

VERY loud beeping (and the cats wanting to be fed) is usually what interrupts my slumber.

it's the alarm on the mobile phone. followed immediatly by "good things are happening" the damn good morning america song. I tell you, no matter how wasted your morning is, you will get up and walk across the room to shut Charlie Gibson up.

12. Khovanschchina: Prelude
Khovanschchina: Prelude - Mussorgsky, orch. Rimsky-Korsakov.

At least that's what the B.B.C. web-site was playing at the relevant time, I can't actually remember I just grabbed the remote and turned the volume down from deafeningly high, before going back to sleep for another half hour.
