He probably keeps all the money in a room and rolls in it when he thinks nobody is looking.

(This is why it's a very good idea to wash your hands after touching currency, because I suspect that, since he's a repressed kind of guy, he takes off all his clothes before indulging in his "money baths". Plus, for all we know, he could do other things at the same time as a form of release.)

I also suspect that, since he fancies himself to be "macho", he tends to go without showering after his workouts, so as to flaunt it. Likely Laura has complained about it, but being rather stubborn, the most he'd do as a concession would be to squirt on some cologne (the type with a cowboy on the bottle, perhaps?) -- so he'd reek of that AND stale sweat.


p.s. if anyone thinks they like the smell of money -- consider great wads of greasy, filthy lucre, that (like W himself) spends most of its time crunched up in people's pockets, or in secret undisclosed locations. (My mom once had an elderly patient who insisted on carrying her savings around in her panties. Given that the lady was incontinent, let's just say that it was another reason not to accept tips from patients!)
