But I haven't seen it yet, either. Looking forward to it.

imdb.com has a LOT of reviews on it, but some of them have spoilers, so be careful.

2. Yes!
Not the best of Mike Leigh's ("Secrets & Lies" is), but very good still. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 91% (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/vera_drake/)

3. Haven't seen it yet, but plan to buy the DVD!
It did have rave reviews, BTW. Make sure that you would enjoy it; the subject matter could be considered a bit controversial...True story.
