Or steal a street sign. That usually does it for me.

I wake up my boyfriend and commit random acts of violence on him - which usually works out pretty damn good for both of us.

I look on the computer, read, watch TV, maybe do the dishes. No urges to commit random acts of violence.

10. well, there is a testosterone component to violence

It's not simply an idle sexist comment on my part. Some is surely do to socialization, but hormones are also part of it. I get mad all the time, but I never have the urge to express that anger physically. Now smart ass comments, those I have trouble containing.
