Ok, so what's up with this?

So I've been trying to access the Boston Craigslist (I posted a few days ago about how I couldn't connect to it, despite every other DUer having access), and my roommates can access it from their laptops. I can't.
I switched to FireFox thinking maybe IE was being the POS it is, and I STILL can't connect- "connection refused when trying to connect to boston.craigslist.org"
WTF is this shit? It's JUST my fucking computer that is doing this.
I need to access Craigslist to find housing dammit x(
ANYONE out there with even a suggestion...? This is weird.

We're in the same room, 4 different ISP addresses, but SAME university connection.
I know, it's freakin' WEIRD.

I even turned firewall off to see if that was the case.

7. make sure your security settings are moderate

as in, just SSL 2.0 instead of 2.0 and 3.0 and TLS 1.0, etc...
too much overkill kills a connection
