Who was the first person to use "Woo hoo!" on DU?

I've been using it for years, long before DU, and notice that it's become more popular in the general public, and at DU, in the last 1-2 years, now to the point that DU has a smiley for it.

But who first brought it to DU, assuming that there is one person who "brought" it? And if it isn't one person, than who is most instrumental for turning it into such a popular thing to say?
