I need help with a letter format

I have to write a letter to four of my kid's teachers about his course selection for next year in high school. I can format and address the letter, but how the heck do I start it.

Dear Teachers:, or

Dear Ms,_____, Ms. ______, Ms_____ etc., or

????


HELP!

The letter is due tomorrow morning.

Maybe I should just take the teachers' names out of the header.

Why not four letters? It's not that tough. Just replace each name and print them out. I do it with hundreds in a mail merge. Four will take five minutes.
