So now that everyone has sprung forward.
Is anyone else already tired today? The longer evening was nice but I am tired. I always say I am going to prepare for the time change but I never do. And then for the next few days I am tired.

1. Hey texas1928,
I was tired early this AM when I got up at 4:30 to prepare to go to work. That was really TOUGH! But the rest of the day hasn't been bad. I did take a nap this afternoon after I got home, and that also helped. Now it's almost midnight here in CA, and I'm still up! I must have gotten my second wind...And tomorrow, I don't go to work until 11AM. So that's a whole lot easier...It does take several days to get over the change. It's a lot like jet lag when you travel. Not a lot of fun...

:hi:

:pals:
