3. Nooo... The Pengins hate the neocons....
They see them as "competition" when it comes to the world domination game.

However, We should not drop our guard. Living in a world run by the Penguins would be a hundred thousand times worse than a world run by the neocons.

2. That reminds me of the Monty Python version of Scott of Antarctica
with the giant penguin that could shoot lasers out of its eyes or some such thing (I haven't seen that one in about 25 years)
