How come all the cartoons are being made in Korea?
Powerpuff Girls
Simpsons
Family Guy

You name it.

All made in Korea.

More cheap exploitation by the Imperial State of Conservativeland (that sounds much more appropriate than "United States of America")?

2. Akom animation,
the largest animation house in Korea, has been used since working with Klasky Csupo on the first batch of Nic Tunes. Korean houses are also used extensively for "in between" work on Japanese cartoons.

Cheap labor.
