If Cream continued...

...would they have become what Led Zeppelin became? II always wondered. I could hear a little of what would become Zeppelin hallmarks in Cream's work and since it is Eric Clapton's 60th Birthday, I thought I would ask that question.

Wow -- two of my FAVORITE men, born on the same day.

I'll bet Cream would have been BETTER than Zeppelin if they had continued (and they would have given songwriting credit to the old blues guys where appropriate, instead of giving total credit to themselves!).
