what courses would the "George W. Bush School of Public Service" offer?

I swear I'm not making this up. Baylor University is hoping to get Dubya's presidential library (I know, I know ... stop snickering!). They're offering to create a School of Public Service in his honor, and (wait for it) "a centre for democracy and programs to study civil society, ethics and leadership".

Shall we help them out, with a few suggestions about curricula and guest lecturers?

Personally I wouldn't want George W. doing any "public service" other than picking up roadside litter (if it makes him happy, he could wear his flight suit, which the Globe said will be exhibited in the library, whoever is stuck with it ... I mean, wins the bidding later this spring).


p.s. I am hoping to develop a teaching unit on how to take advantage of public funding, e.g. taxpayer money for universities and sports facilities, whilst simultaneously decrying "big government", in the hopes of selling it to them once they're up and running!
