Poll question: Favorite Brand of Bourbon/Whiskey
For the purpose of this poll, I'm excluding Canadian whiskeys like Crown Royal. I'm talking about the type of bourbon made in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Personally, I think Jack Daniel's and Jim Beam are the most affordable. However, Maker's Mark and Booker's are good if you can come up with a few extra bucks.

3. I forgot about Jameson's
There's so many great whiskeys out there, but so few spaces in this poll.

I actually have a Jameson hat on my hat rack as we speak.

6. Never tried this
I'll be sure to. I have a budget of about $40 a month to spend of whisky so as long as it's not too pricy.

7. I'll have to try that
It's not too expensive. However, I've never seen it at any of my local liquor stores.

8. Awsome
So many different kinds of whisky. It's so hard to settle on just one. I'll have to expiriment with some of these.

5. Technically, Jim Beam
But I voted Booker's since I would drink that if it weren't so fucking expensive. JD used to be my favorite but he has fallen out of favor with me lately. I have a new lover...and his name is Jim. :)

Anyway, I used to drink vodka. I don't miss those days at all. That shit made me sick. Bourbon is really the only way to go. I try to drink at least a half dozen shots a week. It's good for the soul.

10. Ye olde Bathe Tubbe Malt.
It's the Liquid Plumber Pro which gives it that "certain something".

12. Delicious
I've tried it several times when I was drunk. Not bad actually. It tastes better than vodka or cheap whisky that sells for under $20.

17. Wild Turkey Russell's Reserve.
About $25 a bottle -- pricier than Maker's Mark, less expensive than the "boutique" bourbons. And better.

It's 101-proof, though, so if you want something milder, go for the Maker's. There's no point in drinking the 80-proof Turkey.
