Is NBC's "Office" any good?

I haven't seen the BBC version but I would imagine this American version pales in comparison. I saw about five minutes of the ep tonight. It was mostly that guy Steve from the Daily Show yelling and acting like a 5 year old. Maybe I should have given it more of a chance?

1. A disappointment at best

Most, of the two episodes that have aired, was pretty bad. I won't watch again now that I gave it a second chance.

2. Arrested Development is better I think

at this kind of humor anyway. Also, why are we so arrogant here in the states that we simply WON'T watch a show that was made in another country? Wouldn't the original UK version be better in the first place?

Too bad it was cancelled. That's a shame.

4. It's not over yet

It still airs Sundays @ 8:30 on Fox. But frankly, it will likely be axed soon. It will be a miracle if it comes back for a third season. Although Fox claims its fate is still "up in the air."
