Shortbread cookies are the bomb

Just thought I'd put that out there for you all to discuss.

Mind you, I like most kinds of cookies, but there's something about shortbread. It's the cookie version of "less is more".

We have totally different cookies than you guys.

I can make them, they're not hard to do. They are so strongly identified with Christmas for me, it would seem strange to eat them any other time.

11. That's the only time I make them for some reason

People will say they're terrific and they get eaten in a snap. But they're so rich if I make them all the time people get angry as they can't resist them. Then I get accused of trying to make them fat.
