Question
So I'm writing a short story about book banning and censorship and all that fun stuff and I'm trying to make some parallels to reality. Anyone know some prominent figures known for calling for the banning/censorship of books? They don't have to be political people, I just need some names. Thanks...

I wish I could help you...

The only experience I have with this subject is a local church that had a book burning last year ... The main book they burned was "Harry Potter" books..... but I heard they burned others.

My Daughter's boyfriends Mother belongs to this organization and is quite fanatic. He isn't ...in fact.... his Mother's fundamentalism has turned him away from religion.
