Mother-in-law has a theory that the mother is keeping the baby on life support to keep her boyfriend (the boy's father) from getting a murder charge.

Toddler was "killed" at only a few months, is now 16-17 months old.

Grandmother snuck in and took a picture of the toddler to show the true face of what the kid looks like now, not the "cherubic" smiling picture that hits the press constantly. (Press says that they can't get a new pic, so they have to use that one - Kinda like the only pic you see of Howard Stern is from his W NNNNNNNNNNNNBC days).
