Diner finds finger in chili
http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/03/24/chili.finger.reut/index.html

SAN FRANCISCO, California (Reuters) -- A diner at a Wendy's fast food restaurant in San Jose, California, found a human finger in a bowl of chili prepared by the chain, local officials said Wednesday.

"This individual apparently did take a spoonful, did have a finger in their mouth and then, you know, spit it out and recognized it," said Ben Gale, director of the department of environmental health for Santa Clara County. "Then they had some kind of emotional reaction and vomited."

7. We used to find butts in pop bottles all the time when I was a kid..
It was actually a good thing, because we had 3 bottliing plants in our town, and when you found a sealed bottle, with 7-up or Coke or Royal Crown, all you had to to was bring it to them, and they would give you a free case..and NOT even charge a bottle deposit :)

We used to look for the ones with the butts :)

16. I was thinking the same thing!
Well, fingers are meat too.
And I thought the worst thing you could find in your food was a band-aid.

10. "some kind of emotional reaction"
i'd say so!

anyone eating at these fast food chains are putting their own health - both physical and mental - at risk. read fast food nation and you'll never eat at a wendy's, mcdonals, hardees, etc., again...

15. More likely China...
I doubt anyone would eat the stuff if they knew what they were doing to it.
