The TV show, Jeopardy, was on in the back ground and the answer(or question) was Nelson and Hagel. The contestants could name the state of Nebraska. Alex Trebek said that his friend Chuck Hagel would never forgive them. If Alex Trebek has Chuck Hagel for a friend, Jeopardy becomes a never watch again TV show.

Then again, Carville's married to Matalin; you can't draw conclusions about somebody's politics from who their friends are, even assuming Trebek and Hagel are friends (which I wouldn't)

Chuck Hagel is a quality man, one of the few Republican senators I respect. But beyond that, since when is having friends of differing political opinions "incorrect"? I'm sorry, I have many conservative friends; I also have many extreme-liberal friends. That really is a personal matter and no one's business but mine.
