the short busses that mentally handicapped kids(I don't know the current politically correct phrase to use to call them) usually ride. At least in my hometown they ride a shorter bus. In other words, they are calling Bush the village idiot. I think he drives that bus, but I digress. It would take any intelligence at all to do that. The mentally handicapped kids are MUCH smarter than Bush, btw. I'm not exaggerating or joking about that either.
