Spam e-mails

Is there any software to get rid of spam e-mails. In our office someone bit on a spam E-mail. Since my e-mail address was in their address book I have been getting on average about six spam e-mails a day. I have had so many offers to buy Viagra and Cialis cheap plus offers on books about how to get women in bed instantaneously. When you are waiting on business related e-mails it becomes a pain in the ass very quickly. :grr: My last spammer that e-mailed me just a few minutres ago is affectionately known as “Imputing L. Bandwagons” with the subject “I'm sure it will come off : )”.

I have WindowsNT and Outlook Express. I’ve use block sender and message rules that is in OE. Maybe they are having some effect but the spam e-mails keep coming.

1. Is there anything else I can do within OE to eliminate the spammers? If Not…
2. Is there and software I can use to block them, preferably free but if not whatever does the trick
