Moscow - A Russian man, identified only as Sergei, has had his penis enlarged by harvesting it on his forearm, the Sun reports.

The 30-year-old's 6,35cm <2.5"> penis was removed by doctors who attached it to his arm.

Using tissue, it grew to 16,5cm <6.5"> and was sewn back on his groin in an 11-hour operation.

The "growth" is said to look like it was never tampered with and a Moscow surgeon said that the man will be able to have sex in a few months.

When the new organ recovers from the operation, Sergei will become the proud owner of the 17-cm penis. Women will never be able to suspect anything. The patient will have no urination problems either. When Sergei was a baby, doctors should have conducted a course of hormone-replacing therapy for him. He still has no scrotum - that is why he will have to have another operation in the near future.
