3. I need to check the pms then!
FDR threads made me cry. I remember my grandfather talking about him all the time. His death is still too recent-kind of like a scab just forming.
I have to be happy that he didn't make it to see * latest inaugaral-he would have had a fit to have heard him compared to FDR and JFK!

14. Very good idea!
He was president for four terms (last term he died while in office). He was the creator of so many social programs-of which Social Security is a part. And, of course, WWII goes w/o mention. Highly progressive for his times-and now the freepers are writing articles stating that he prolonged the depression instead of ending it. What disgusting people they really are!

19. Pukes have been wanting to end SS
pretty much since the program was implemented. Now they have their golden boy and they think that they have a chance.
There are some wonderful bios about FDR out there-and Bouncy posted about the new Life which has a 60th anniversary tribute to him that just came out on the news stands (I'm going to pick it up in the morning).

16. Since I work frequent hours
I find it hard to sleep past 9am on the weekends. I wake up at my normal hours and sometimes manage to turn around and keep sleeping but it happens more and more often that I can't go back to sleep. I then take a nap in the afternoon. :)

I'm looking forward to today!

There's more snow on the way tonight but I'm going out later just because I can. :bounce::bounce::bounce:

The interesting thing about the way I react to weather is after the daytime temperatures hover around 40 degrees for a few days I don't seem to feel the cold as much. Geeezzzzzz maybe I have reptilian blood in me. Perhaps I really am a lizard not just the lounge variety.

The Beautiful Beast lost it's garage mate yesterday. The Sportster went for one sweet last rumble-on ride back for the trade-in. I followed in my Tracker and for the entire trip ~ I felt every curve in the road as if I was there on 3 wheels instead of 4 ***sigh***soon...Very Soon

That's a wonderful little car! It must handle well and you should be able to go many miles on a gallon of gas. My Geo ten years ago was exactly the same color. You have excellent taste.

Will there be other family members visiting with you and your aunt this weekend?

her cats and the neighborhood cats that love to visit her place.

I like my car. The color I didn't choose. I make the joke, that the car is very easy to find. But there are more cars with that color. I can speed up to 160 km/h. And go about 600 km on a full tank. I think it is about 6-8 l/km. Not sure
